With a wealth of knowledge gained from working within a multitude of sectors our Managing Director, Steve Steele makes it his aim to add value to every project he works on.

 

Steve started his constructrion career within an award winning Professional Quantity Surveying consultancy, before moving into the commercial world with a tier 1 main contractor.  A change in employment saw him join a national housebuilder and then move onto a privately owned land and development company.  Each stage of his career has helped him add to his knowledge base to enable him to provide a multitude of services.

 

Alongside his role as Development Manager, he has personally overseen the refurbishment and re-development of his last two family homes, adding substantial value to both. 

 

One of Steves qualities is his appetite to fully understand each individual piece of work, whether it be pricing a £50,000 extension or Project Managing a new build development.

With a customer first focus and attention to detail he is able to deliver first class projects at any level.
